 Connect at Berean

We are working to help everyone who is involved at Berean to find a place where they belong in the body of Christ and help them find fulfillment in Jesus Christ as we strive to glorify God by making disciples who help restore the City through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are multiple ways to Connect with what we are doing - the fastest way is to follow The Connection Path. To hear stories of people Connecting here at Berean, click here.

The Connection Path

Step 1 - Attend a Service

Our services are on Sunday mornings at 10am at 3712 Herschel Street on the West Bank of New Orleans. This is a great time to come hear the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how it changes everything about your life by giving you purpose, hope, belonging, and so much more. Check out our calendar for more information about other events.

Step 2 - Join a missional community

Missional Communities are the backbone of what we do here at Berean. We believe that true discipleship happens best in small groups of people, and we like to think of our church as a large group made up of small Missional Communities. In these groups you have a chance to be authentic with other people who are dealing with real life struggles and helping each other work through life while following Christ. For more information on Missional Communities click here.

Step 3 - Join a service Team

We believe a key aspect to living out the Gospel in our lives is though serving. Not just serving in the church, but serving your neighbors, your communities, and much more! We have many service teams here at Berean that range from watching kids on Sundays to helping clean up our neighborhoods. Click here for a list of Service Teams.

Step 4 - Become a member

Membership offers everyone a clear understanding of the mission, vision, and core beliefs of our church so that we can truly be unified. It provides everyone with the opportunity to commit with others around a clearly stated membership covenant. Membership also provides a formal avenue by which you can invite others in the body of Christ into your life as you hold one another accountable. Membership is a chance for each of us to know that we have others we can depend on as we seek to accomplish our mission as a church. To get more information on becoming a member, email
