From the earliest days of the Church’s existence, the act of baptizing people has been a powerful and symbolic visual demonstration of a person’s new identity and union with Christ through the Gospel. We believe baptism isn’t just another empty tradition of the church. Instead, when it is viewed through the lens of the Gospel, baptism can become a beautiful and powerful act that draws people into a deep and life-transforming relationship with God Himself.
WHAT IS BAPTISM?
Click on the article below for more about what baptism is, and why it’s such an important part of our mission as a church:
HOW CAN I GET BAPTIZED?
There are two things to do if you want to get baptized:
1. Attend the next Baptism class
Our baptism classes are designed to help you better understand what baptism is, why it’s so important, and to encourage you to take the step of getting baptized. We take time to answer people’s questions, and give you more details about our next baptism service.
Our next baptism class will be:
Sunday, September 25 from 12:30-1:00 p.m.
2. Attend the next Baptism Service
We typically do 4 baptism services a year. Our baptism services are designed to be mornings where we celebrate all that God is doing in our church as we hear stories about the ways God is moving in people’s lives.
Our next Baptism Service will be:
Sunday, October 2 at 10:45
