Jody and Barbara Crain grew up in a small rural town of Florida. April 1978, the Lord led them to serve among the Tagbanwa Tribe of the Philippines. In 1999 Jody and Barbara turned over their tribal Church Planting Ministry to the Tagbanwa church leaders and took the Field Directorship of the field's 150 missionaries. They have two sons, Joey and Brant.

Don and Cheryl Schroeder are serving in a South Asian country with SIM. They are ministering to the physical and spiritual needs of the people in that land. SIM in that country addresses the moral and social needs of the people of from a Biblical standpoint. They seek to build peoples capacity to improve their quality of life. The vision of the work desires to see people joining together to form groups in which people trust and care about one another, share resources, and work together to solve problems. The Schroeders are joined in South Asia by their youngest daughter, Gail.
